New install went fine, however, our hot water heater needed service/ warranty work. He told us he would get one and be out to fix it. Then he was ALWAYS busy, and a year went by, calling reminding him and being nice and patient. He never came, even though going right by our place to continue to do new installs. Over a year went by, we had more trouble, called him and in the nicest voice said Im frustrated with the above situation. He then told me I guess you better be dealing with a different company. Hmm, never yelled, swore, simply said I was frustrated. Most unprofessional, called another local company, and handled!
